I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters which  remind me of the importance in life everyday.  My parents have been my rock and have shown me the beauty that life has to offer.  I am a graduate of Our Lady of the Lake University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.  For the past 16 years I have been working in the field of social services and education.  I have enjoyed helping others succeed and watching them through the process of bettering their lives.  Throughout my career I have learned the importance of listening from the heart and enjoying what I do.  I feel that life is too short to avoid seeing the brighter things that it has to offer.  

Planning beautiful events and seeing the joy in others is something brings me happiness.  From my experiences I bring detailed planning, communicating effectively, working with budgets, marketing, and managing events.  One of the most significant is listening to my clients to hear their vision and transitioning it into a reality.  Every individual has their unique qualities and personal style.  As a wedding consultant and event planner I will pay attention to every detail of your event and ensure that you enjoy your special day.

I am an alumni of University of the Incarnate Word and graduated with a degree in Fashion Merchandising Management.  During my studies as a college student, I was able to assist in coordinating several Fashion Shows.  I also traveled to New York and visited several fashion houses, some of which were, Oscar De La Renta and Trina Turk. That experience magnified my enthusiasm for design.  I aspired to work as a fashion magazine editor in New York City, however, once I graduated I decided the more economical start for me in the Fashion Industry would be to move to Dallas, Texas.

While living in Dallas I fell in love and returned to my hometown of San Antonio.  Soon we were swept away and had an unforgettable destination wedding in the Riviera Maya, Mexico.  With the help of my sister and best friend, we were able to put together an elegant and vibrant wedding off the white sandy shores of the peninsula.  Since then, I was inspired and knew that wedding and event consulting was what I needed to do.

I am blessed to have a supportive husband and fabulous sister and business partner to be working with.  With the combination of my fashion degree and work experience in banking, I bring creativity, innovation, and a realistic view of what it takes to plan an event that is exquisite and affordable to any budget.
